All digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, which means:

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads under any circumstances, including:

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• “I thought it included something else”

• “I haven’t downloaded it yet”

• “I don’t like the style”

• “It’s not what I expected”

Once your payment is processed, the file becomes permanently accessible to you, so refunds aren’t possible.

This aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, which excludes refunds on products that cannot be restored to their original state after purchase (like digital files).
